Kitichen Creations for Dibetic cooking

This month’s article is within the attached Department of Extension Family and Consumer Sciences Quarterly Newsletter. It identifies several evidence-based programs for people with diabetes that are available free of charge in our state. There are only a two more cooking schools starting before we break for the summer. The cooking school in Gallup started last week, but new participants are welcome to attend the second session tonight. Please refer your clients with diabetes to these free classes.
