EDDY COUNTY, NEW MEXICO NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT ORDINANCE O-14-79; ANIMAL CONTROL Notice is given that the Board of County Commissioners of Eddy County will consider for adoption at a public hearing on April 14, 2015 at the hour of 5:30p.m.at the Board Chambers, 101W. Greene Street, Carlsbad, New Mexico,88220, relating to the following. AN ORDINANCE REPLACING ORDINANCE O-80-08 (ANIMAL CONTROL) WITH A NEW ORDINANCE THAT WILL REGULATE AND CONTROL HOW SPECIFIC ANIMALS ARE TO BE PROVIDED FOR WITHIN THE COUNTY OF EDDY, NEW MEXICO; PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE, PROVIDING FOR SEVER ABILITY, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
