NMAITC and NMSU HRTM Partner on Fundraiser Dinner NMF&LB Press Release We're excited to announce that New Mexico Ag in the Classroom is teaming up with the NMSU School of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management to host a Farm to Fork fundraiser dinner in Las Cruces on April 14th. Proceeds from this unique dining experience will benefit NMAITC's education efforts and provide scholarships for HRTM students. All ingredients will be sourced locally for this five-course meal featuring New Mexico wines. Tickets are only $100 per person, or a table of eight can be purchased for $750.
