Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell and Partners Announce Commitment to Youth SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 4, 2016 – On Saturday, Feb. 6, Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell and America’s dairy farmers will announce a significant commitment to child health and wellness through funding to support school nutrition in order to invest in our next generation. In 2008, these partners developed Fuel Up to Play 60, the largest in-school wellness program in the U.S. reaching 73,000 schools across the country.
