The first of two business planning sessions

You are invited !!! The first of two business planning sessions will be held on Tuesday April 7th at the CEHMM building at 505 N Main street. The second one will be on April 14th at the same location. It will be from 9AM to 4PM and you can come and go as your schedule will allow. Lunch will be provided for those who wish to stay. Our Scope of Work will include all elements of the business plan: Statement of Purpose Mission and Vision Statements Executive Summary Company Description Market Analysis Organization and Management Service or Product Lines Marketing and Sales Financial Projections We will be working at a team(s) to complete this plan and it is a very interesting process, if you have not participated in a business plan.
