Need Mesquite near a well traveled road

This next spring I want to put out a demonstration Plot with Sendero Herbicide. I need to be able to divide it into thee plots with a buffer in between. What we want to demonstrate is the difference timing makes. One plot will go on to early, one at the correct timing and one to late. If you have a good place let me know.
