Water Symposium Range Improvement Task Force and Water Research Instute
NM Range Water symposium to be held Saturday September 10, 2016 at the MCM Elegante Hotel Albuquerque, NM 9-4.
If water is used by livestock every day, and drought historically plagued NM 66% of the time it stand to reason that stock water is paramount to producers. However unlike irrigation water and drinking water, our understanding of stock water 'right' policy is meager at best. The NMSU Range Improvement Task Force was asked at their annual advisory board meeting to address this knowledge gap.
